There are three types of white office chairs: plastic, cloth, and wood. (Generally, any chair in 'white leather' is really faux leather made of plastic.) The white wooden chairs are usually an older-style, actually made to look antique, like white-washed oak or maple. By far, the majority are plastic.
Most of the manufacturers of office chairs do offer a white model in each of their lines. Medical offices frequently use the white versions of the furniture, so the major suppliers usually have them in stock. If, however, the model you are looking for is not available in white, you should probably have a few alternate color choices in mind…ones that would accent your décor without actually being white.
Because most offices (other than the medical offices) do not frequently buy white office chairs, local stores will probably not have them in stock, and will have to order them. Your best bet is to visit your local office furniture store, find the right model that you want, and find out how much it would cost to order white. Be sure to include the shipping price. Then get online and find that exact model from a wholesaler. Frequently you will be able to beat the price of the local store for the exact same model.
Be aware of one drawback to using white office chairs. They do show dirt more readily than some other colors. The plastic models can be cleaned easily enough, but coffee spilled on a cloth chair might result in a permanent stain.
